Mr James Mochere Ondieki is the proprietor of the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A. Hons) from Kenyatta University, and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Allahabad India. and Post Graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya school of law. He is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public , a member of the Law Society of Kenya,and a prospective member of the 'Association of European Attorneys' an international lawyers network.
He has been privileged to be involved in substantial Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Mr Mochere is also an accomplished investigator in his own right having worked in the criminal investigation Department of the Kenya police before joining the legal profession.

Ms. Cindy Mochere, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya & Commissioner for Oaths, specializes in tax law and trade advisory. With a focus on customs law and taxation, she guides businesses and individuals across industries. As a Customs specialist, she ensures customs, trade, and tax compliance, handling rules of origin, customs valuation, duty remission, and trade regimes. Cindy plays a pivotal role in resolving tax disputes, representing clients at the Tax Appeals Tribunal, High Court, and the Court of Appeal.
She holds an LLB (Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, along with Postgraduate Diplomas from the Kenya School of Law and Kenya School of Revenue Administration, highlighting her commitment to legal excellence in Kenya.
The Firm has a dedicated team of support staff who are committed to ensuring that client expectations are met. The support staff is guided by the principle of collective responsibility ensuring efficient and timely performance of work. The Firm also has in place modern clerical, secretarial and accounting systems and embrace all aspects of computer and other communication technology to maintain a fast and efficient means of storing and retrieving data.

The Firm acts for clients in matters concerning the preparation of wills, the setting up of trusts, applications for grants of letters of administration and probate, and it also handles matrimonial matters i.e. divorce and separation and maintenance proceedings, children matters and other related proceedings at the Children’s Court and at the Kadhi’s Courts for matters relating Islamic Laws (Sharia) on succession and matrimonial matters.
The Firm advises on the formation and registration of companies and business names and also carry out various administrative tasks such as annual returns and alteration of shareholdings, applications for P. I. Ns and VAT Certificates, Business Permits and Trade Licences, and also offer advice on a wide range of instruments and security documentation such as debentures, charges, mortgages, chattels mortgages and guarantees.
The Firm has undertaken Criminal Litigation relating to among others constitutional criminal petitions, road traffic cases, Public Inquests, Habeas Corpus applications, criminal appeals and other related criminal proceedings.
The Firm has extensive trial practice experience at all levels of the Kenyan Court system ranging from Administrative Tribunals to the Supreme court on an extremely wide range of Civil and Criminal cases, Defamation Proceedings, Labour Matters, Contractual Claims, Immigration Cases, Judicial Review and Injunction Proceedings.
The Firm advises on various aspects of Employment Law, including industrial disputes, pension arrangements, collective bargaining agreements and other employment related matters and regularly attend the various Labour Department Offices for various conciliation meetings.
The Firm undertakes matters of drafting commercial contracts, joint ventures agreements, copyright agreements, end user licence agreements and any agreements required by clients.
The Firm is regularly engaged in debt collection proceedings and repossessions and closely liases with auctioneers, valuers, process Servers, private investigators and other court officers and bailiffs who provide assistance in debt recovery.
The Firm acts for Vendors and Purchasers in the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property. The Firm also advises on the preparation of sale agreements, leases, transfers, charges, caveats and all other instruments related to property transactions; and also undertakes the registration thereof countrywide.
The Firm advises on Intellectual Property matters including preparing applications and registration of trademarks copyrights and patents.
